Who We Are

Welcome to the Linn-Benton-Lincoln Partners for Health Coalition. The Linn-Benton-Lincoln Partners for Health Coalition is a subcommittee of the Coast to Cascades Community Wellness Network (CCCWN). Coalition Meeting Minutes

The Linn-Benton-Lincoln Partners for Health Coalition meets monthly to collaboratively address public health issues in the tri-county region. Take a look at what the coalition has been up to over the last few years.

Community Health Summits

The annual community health summit has been hosted by the Partners for Health Coalition since 2011. The first summit, Efforts and Strategies to Reduce Childhood Obesity in our Region, was funded through a childhood obesity prevention and education grant and included a photovoice project by youth as well as presentations related to childhood nutrition and physical activity. Since then, summits have included content on culinary education, wholistic living, chronic disease prevention, adverse childhood experiences, screen time, food insecurity, generational poverty, mental health services, and much more. The community health summits have been geared for both community members as well as community organizations and historically were conducted in person. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the coalition transferred the summits to a virtual format with the 2022 summit being the first summit to be hosted in a hybrid model (both in person and over Zoom).

The summits continue to be educational and provide a networking opportunity for organizations. Individuals can hear from keynote speakers, participate in breakout sessions, and ask questions. Additionally, organizations can participate in a resource fair where they can interact with other organizations and community members.
