Measure 110 Regional Behavioral Health Resource Networks (BHRN)
The Oregon Health Authority’s (OHA) Oversight and Accountability Council (OAC) has allocated funds to each county in Oregon to groups known as “Behavioral Health Resource Networks (BHRNs).” In Oregon, there are 42 BHRNs. A BHRN is an entity or network of entities that provide services to individuals in need of treatment and support for substance use disorders. Services provided through the BHRN grants include housing support, harm reduction services, peer support services, employment assistance, screening services, and substance use disorder treatment. All services are culturally and linguistically specific, accessible for all ability types, gender affirming and responsive, trauma informed and non-stigmatizing.
